7th May: A big fall kicking all the sell stop.... These sell stop will then start other sell stop making Dow drop 1000 points... There was no electronic mistake. It was a planned transfer of stocks from small holders to market makers.
They bought all at the low when all the sheep was forced to sell at the low.
High volume indicate professional absorbed all the sheep sellers.
Then they just push it all the way back up 400 points. Notice the high volume on that hour.
When there is no more seller, there is no resistance. Sending the price up again.
Because the price is up, professional don't want to buy... volume start reducing.
10th May was a huge up bar. Day/swing traders would have made much money.
11th May is a down bar as they day/swing traders sell to take profit. And people who are locked in the trading price sell out.
12th May can be a down bar as well as more sellers are being shaken out
13th May prices can rise again as sellers have been shaken out allowing price to go up again.
You cannot bring the price up if there is a lot of sellers. By shaking them out on sharp drops, the professionals are testing whether the market is ready to be pulled up.
The only way for big money professional to buy without pushing up the price against themself is by buying on a down bar.
First... Not understanding how to determine the size of position.
Second... Cutting losses
Third... Stuborn
Analysis should be right. 2 more red days or so, and a up up up. How far? That's anybody's guess. No one knows. But we can see support is strong.
Why not consider Topglove? It was a good performer and strong price support with volume.
And the professional like the style of breakout.
Airasia as I mentioned before is a company that is only trying to break even. Airline business is glamour but not profitable. Even Warren Buffett spoke of that. Since 1950 when airlines started, there were 100 hundreds of companies. Today there is very little left. If calculated, the total profit gain from the airline industry as of today is ZERO. Warren Buffett mentioned that in his annual letters. He said he would have told the Wright brothers to stop inventing aeroplanes if he could.
Airasia fundamentals are weak.
If we follow Mr Hu's idea. Pick 5 stocks. Check the performance every week. Throw away the losing money stock, and replace the stock with others. By today, Airasia will not be your list liao.
May 14 2010 Trade is going well as expected. Side way movements in FKLI along the way. It it not likely for KLCI to breakout and continue on a bull trend if the Dow and Nikkei remains under resistance line. Today is a buying opportunity again. I have to say that yesterday could have been a selling opportunity. But as I have not deployed all my capital yet, I didn't want to sell out.
Today could be another test day for sellers. We need to wipe out all the sellers before we can really breakout.
I will take opportunity to deploy all my capital today.
Do not attempt to short. We are in a strong uptrend.
