Zelan Net Asset value is 90 cents/share. It also means book value. Total asset minus all debts.
Last year lost 24 sen/share. As a construction company, losing money last year is common. In 2008 was earning 25 sen/share. But 2008 was a very good year, better neglect. PE is 2 at the most.
1 interesting thing. Zelan has RM 1 in cash for every RM 1.10 in short term loans. Still net 10 sen debt. That's quite conservative. With the added capital of RM 2.10 they make 20 sen. That's 10% return on capital invested. These are not exact figures, just a simple explanation of the current status.
It is not under Ben Graham net current asset strategy, so that method cannot be used. Intrinsic value, i don't know how to count.
My trade method agree with you at buy above 0.567.
ReplyDeleteIf it breakout, it will go higher than 0.555 and 0.567
